Greetings from Beijing

Hello, Biggerpockets! My name is Joe, and I'm currently finishing up my last year in the US Marines here in Beijing, China. After spending six years in the Corps, I've come to the conclusion that I'm tired of working for other people, and definitely do not want to be working a 9-5 for the rest of my life. 

Since I've made up my mind on reaching financial freedom, I've been reading about entreprenuership and real estate non-stop. I'm here to learn, learn, and learn some more until I put some skin in the game and get the ball rolling. I know it's not a get rich quick scheme, and I'm no stranger to working hard and studying hard.
