Hi everyone,

My name is Rod. I live in a small town outside of Jonesboro called Maynard. I am married with four kids and a grandson. I have limited experience in real estate. I do own a mobile farmers market that I run routes to employees at their place of employment. I have been in sales for 25 years and a large portion of that in the auto industry. How I found BP was I was researching a " real estate college" and boy am I glad I did.

As far as the real estate experience I do have is I bought a home on a FSBO eight years ago. My wife also received 13 acres through an inheritance. I read a book when I was twenty about the power of leveraging real estate and I was sold. Started networking with some people, was assigned a "mentor" to show me the ropes, shared my several hundred leads I got from the courthouse on foreclosures, he took them to do some research, never heard from him again, and then life just happened. Now I am here.
