Enthused about discovering BiggerPockets today and looking forward to learning more about investment opportunities and sharing my knowledge as well. I began investing many years ago with some modest success and some horrible blunders. Overall it has been very positive and I still feel excited/optimistic about the future.
My working life has primarily been in construction starting as laborer and worked up to VP of Const. and Development for a small successful firm that got bludgeoned by the big meltdown.
I am a licensed broker here in So Cali; working as property manager and running handyman service. After commuting long distances (100+ miles one way) for many years I now stay close to home. 8 )
