New Investor in Chicago - Expanding in 2015!

Hi BP community!

I've been listening to BP podcast for the last year or so and have been learning as much as possible. I'm finally popping my head up in the forums to say hi and want to meet some people in the Chicagoland area.

Here's some quick background on me:

  1. 1) 32 years old, born & raised in Chicago
  2. 2) Dad is a lifelong entrepreneur and it's in my DNA
  3. 3) Was president of an internet tech startup with 60 FT employees, sold it last summer for about $25MM
  4. 4) Advise and mentor a variety of businesses and write for Entrepreneur Magazine
  5. 5) Bought 2 commercial buildings in Humboldt Park and looking to move into residential rehabs and flips in 2015

My goal is to buy $300k+ single family homes on the northside of Chicago and northern suburbs with the goal of rehabbing and flipping.

Would love to meet anyone in the Chicago area, who wants to grab a coffee or drink?

- Iman
