Hi my name is Hunter and I've been a long time reader of BP first time poster. I've been slowly working towards the real estate game for a while now with my goal being to wholesale then jump to rehab/flip and eventually would like to work my way up to controlling multiple apartment complexes. Would just like to say as a long time reader of this site, that this place is by far some of the most informative and compacted real estate knowledge I've run across to date.
