Hey everyone I'm from Alamogordo NM. I'm originally from Springfield PA and am currently in the USAF. This spring time is when I will be out of the AF and REI seems like an amazing way to make a living. When I got stationed here I bought a 3 bed 2 bath house that was a fixer upper. I have done majority of the work myself and was able to save a lot of money on the rehab that way. The comps on the street are very favorable and seems when I sell I'll make a pretty good profit. I currently am looking to use my GI bill to get a broker license as a starting point of networking in the business. I found this website by google search and just can't get enough of it. If anyone has used their GI bill to get started I would love to hear from you. Thanks Rob
