Newbie & Newly Licensed Real Estate Broker in Chicago

Hello BP Members,

I have been using this site for almost seven months now and this is my first post. I am thankful for finding this site and its amazing members who take the time to share their real world knowledge of real estate.

I have recently just passed my Illinois Broker's examination and will be looking to find a sponsoring broker or a real estate investment company in Chicago that is looking for some young and eager blood. I am willing to work hard and get my hands dirty if need be. 

I am looking to buy my first investment property and my current goal is to become a Buy & Hold investor in multi-family units in Chicagoland. 

I will hopefully make the Meet-up next Tuesday and finally meet some of the people behinds who's posts I have been reading.
