Bring Real Estate Into My Business

Hello from Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.  After working for over 35 years as a registered landscape architect/urban design in nationally recognized multi-displine firms, and master planning residential and mixed-use communities around the world, I decided now is the time to add Real Estate Services as an expertise to my portfolio of experiences. We live outside of Dallas, Texas on a 100 acre ranch with my wife, Laurell and our daughter, Sierra.  I received my undergraduate degree from Texas A&M (yes I'm an Aggie) in Landscape Architecture/Community Master Planning 1979, and in 2011 went back to get my masters at The University of Texas at Arlington in Landscape Architecture/Urban Design.  In June 2014, started real estate training... in August became licensed Realtor.

I am creating a diverse business in investing, developing/building and design of all types of real estate projects.  I explain it like this... several years ago there was a movie call Sixth Sense, where the famous line was spoken, "I see dead people."   Well, I see real estate projects.  And with the right partners we can determine which projects/ideas can makes us rich.  They don't call me JR from Dallas, for nothing....lol

I look forward to meeting and networking with you investors and helping each other to reach new levels of success. Also I love to play golf, so if we can discuss a deal during a round of golf, I'm in. Ciao!
