Hi fellow investors. I'm super excited to announce that I am FINALLY starting to market for motivated sellers in my area:

I only say FINALLY because I've been so anxious to get started it seems like its been an eternity. I really wanted to take time to learn as much as possible to ensure that my business grows in the direction of success. I have realistic timelines and expectations, and with the vast amount of experience and knowledge on Biggerpockets, I know a successful business is in its infancy. My goal is to provide win-win-win deals for all parties involved, and to make a profound mark on my local real estate area. I'm focused on providing the best services to sellers which, in turn, will provide the best properties to end buyers at a fair cost. Sellers happy! + Buyers happy! = Me happy! This is a simple formula that I will ensure to keep in mind with all business transactions. I anticipate I few bumps in the road, but I'll find detours and keep on trucking.
