Hello BP,

My name is Hieu (pronounced "Hugh"), and I'm relatively new to real estate investing. I'm really excited to become a member of our community here and to expand my network. At the moment, I still have so much to learn, and a long journey ahead. But that motivates me even more!

My daytime job is an academic researcher; I do research and analyze data on mortgage & real estate markets. Although the research is more academically orientated (it's not practical enough to make money), I'd be happy to share my knowledge with anyone here. So shoot me a message and we can talk more :)

Hi there @Hieu Luu , welcome to the BP forums. This site is full of useful information and you will learn a lot just by being on here. I personally find the keyword alerts and podcast episodes to be particularly helpful. 

Also, if you already have a strategy for your investments (e.g., single family, multifamily, commercial, etc.), that can narrow down your list of resources to target.
