Greetings to everyone.

I'm really glad to join this community.  Great information and real life lessons here!!!

I am a general contractor/home inspector by trade.  I started to shift my focus to RE investing 5-6 years ago and hope to turn that into a 3/4 - full time pretty soon (by end of this year/1st half of next year if possible).

I've been doing full house remodeling flips for lots of local investors for the last 10-11 years, plus a number of custom home buildings.  I've flipped some myself and loved the numbers :).

I'm interested in learning more about wholeselling, get more experience in flipping (as my main focus), and occasionally acquire multi-unit properties for rent.  :)

Again, thanks for dedicating your time to make the site so rich of useful information.
