Hello Investors, Realtors, Contractors, etc! Mannnnn I'm excited to finally just stop listening to the bigger pockets podcast (which is amazing by the way) and get on the forums and start networking! I am a new investor looking for wholesale deals and jv opportunites (virtual joint ventures as well).
