Hi all, I'm excited to have found BiggerPockets. After lurking around the site over the past month and listening to a dozen or so podcasts, I figured it was time to make my first post and introduce myself. 

I'm new to real estate investing and Atlanta. As a recent college graduate I've just started my career and feel like I'm in a place where I can act on my real estate aspirations. The plan is to purchase and occupy a multi-unit property as has been discussed many times on the site. I look forward to continuing to learn from BiggerPockets, building connections with local investors, and finding my first property.
