I have two passions one is the study and practiceof Natural Health and the pursuit of "total body Health". The other is developing financial independence utilizing the best investment vehicle there is - Real Estate. When you combine real estate with three other components - A (tax free) self directed IRA, compounding interest and long term growth you will have created the "atom bomb" of wealth creation. With very little initial money, put it on auto-pilot and retire a millionaire before age 60 (depending on present age) Or maybe you want to make your child a millionaire by some point at a young age.

After finishing The Ohio State University where I majored in Real Estate and Accounting then serving 2 years in the US Army I opened my Real Estate office in Norfolk, Va. in 1959. Real Estate has led me on a roller coaster ride full of adventurers which took me around the world. Flying plane loads of potential property buyers from N.Y, DC and Tidewater, Va.; Owning a waterfront timeshare resort in St. Lucia, WI,; Getting caught in the middle of a early morning dope smuggling operation and getting fired upon with over a dozen rounds from an "ousie" while sailing between Ft. Lauderdale and Freeport, Bahamas; Getting caught in the middle of a Miami Vice drug raid on the yacht anchored in a cove next to ours while sailing in the Florida Keys, Negotiating goldmining rights to two gold concessions in the Upper Amazon jungle area of Bolivia and spending weeks at a time hundreds of miles from civilization among without a question some of the finest people I've ever met. There I discovered the TRUE meaning of "Civilized". Most of my ventures resulted in more Adventure than profit but at 83 I realize how "enriched I am" by those experiences and what I've learned and the wonderful people that I've met along the way. The rich, the poor, the educated as well as the uneducated have something of value to share that is of value.

Over the years my most dire health problems consisted of severe sinuses problems, a severely degenerated disk in my 5th lumbar that would not allow me to sit, stand, or lie down without excruciating pain and prostate cancer. All of these were diagnosed before I was 60. I refused all treatments that included radiation, chemo and prescribed medicines. Somehow, I knew those didn't work. I remember a nurse saying "so what are you going to do, just die"? I responded "maybe one day, but no time soon".

Who would have thought that a couple of years after my cancer discovery I would be put on the right track tofinding the answer to all my health problems deep in the jungles of Bolivia from an old weatheredman that had never seen a TV, cell phone, ridden in an automobile, been to a traditional Doctor oreven seen a McDonalds.

Through my geologist interpreter He explained that "only the Body/God/Mother Nature can cure/heal the body". All Man can do is: #1) Stop the bleeding & close the wound/kill/stop the invaders #2) Cleanse the body inside & out #3) give the body the foods (nutrients) that it needs.

Further research (Google was very helpful) lead me to “Alternative Doctors” who explained that most all present day “diseases” are not true diseases but “lifestyle ailments” for which pharma cannot cure and only treats the symptoms. The foods you eat, containing pesticides, growth hormones, preservatives, etc. are at the bottom of most all our health problems. The symptoms, pain, swelling, over weight, cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems, and others are merely symptoms much like smoke detectors in your house letting you know that there is an “underlining problem” which needs to be recognized and dealt with. Pharma, at best, only shuts of the alarm so the real problem continues.

Ancient sailors often came down with a disease called “Scurvey” It also was not a disease but a symptom caused by a lack of nutrients which the body needs and are found in fresh vegetables and fruit. Which they were not getting.

I hope this article helps to point you in the right direction, spiritually, health wise and financially.

Oh! In case I did not mention it. I solved all my problems without any pills, operations or hospitals. I utilize Doctors only for diagnosis. At 83 I’m enjoying my best health in the past 40 years in spite of being hit by a poisonious Copperhead snake and suffering a heat stroke while working outside on a very hot day.

Respectfully,

“DeJay”
