Well I haven't invested yet so what should I call myself??

My name is Jeff Libby (still working on getting a new picture up!) and I'm about to start real estate investing in the next few months.  I currently work on a boat in the gulf and commute back and forth to work.

I graduated from CU Boulder with a B.A. in economics a few years back and worked in education before the boats. I owned a photo booth business in the south but shut it down after my move back to Colorado. I'm thinking about opening one here but my priority is REI so we'll see.

I'm excited to start this new adventure but also very intimidated as the Colorado RE market has been getting really tough lately!
