Hi All,

I am new to BP and very excited to find a website that so informative with RE investment.  I am currently researching the process to wholesale properties in NC. I use to live in PA and held a real estate license ( looking to renew).  A few things I am hoping to gain from this forum are estimating rehab costs, wholesaling, finding good deals and people.  So, any advice that you guys can provide I am ready to listen.

Thanks!

    @Ashley Turner,

    I suggest that you click on this link, as it could be very helpful in estimating rehab costs. 2 Books at the link, were written by @J Scott, a frequent contributor to this site.

    Also, I suggest that you Click on the "learn tab" at the top of this page, and you could be spending many hours on the Information that is available.

    Raymond
