Good morning all. 

I'm a newly anointed home owner in Southern Berkshire County Massachusetts, and I'm looking for my first investment property now. I'm comfortable with anything from a single family up to a 4 unit, hopefully in the Southern Berkshire County area. If anyone has tips for lead generation on good homes in that area, or you also live there yourself, give a shout out!
