Hey guys,

My name is Justin... I like long walks on the beach, puppies, and... real estate investing :wink: LOL. Seriously though, I primarily deal with cash flow properties (hence my screen name) throughout the country. Primarily focused in Indiana and Texas currently. I hope to network with other investors on this site, share knowledge, and provide some opportunities to make money for other investors. I really enjoy real estate investing and helping people in the process... not too many professions are fun and rewarding. Hope everyone is doing well (even with these crazy fires here in SoCal!) and hope to learn some new things. :superman: 8)
