Hey All,

My name is Duane White, my wife and I really have no background in real estate except learning from books, BP and couple of local real estate investment clubs, plus a lot of courage determination and willingness to learn to help us along.  As the subject title says, we're from Longmont Colorado just half an hour north of Denver.

My wife and I currently hold w-2 JOBS, I only work 36 hrs/wk Fri-Sun which provides me four days during the week to watch my daughter and learn about REI (bonus!). We are looking to start out slow as buy and hold investors beginning with SFRs them possibly graduating to multifamily. Our goal with REI is to eventually make enough in passive income to cover mine and my wife's incomes from our w-2 JOBS, plus a little bit extra, at which point we would like to convert to fulltime real estate investors.

Our reason for getting in REI would allow us the freedom to spend valuable time with our kids and give us the time to experience more of the joys that life has to offer. We look forward interacting and learning with everyone! Thanks!
