HI BP!

My name is Curt; and I've been a residential appraiser in the NYC market for the past 3 years. I've also been an agent for the past year. Eventually, I would like to have a portfolio of buy and hold properties. 

Having been exposed to the real estate market has really lit my fire. I love talking about real estate, and learning from others. There is always something else new to learn, no matter how much you already know. I hope to learn and share as well in BP.
