here's a short bio about me:

Josh McIntire, Partner
Mr. McIntire is a Partner for McIntire & Au, LLC. A start-up RE investing company which focuses on helping families who are in distressed situations. Mr. McIntire brings accomplishments from such companies as Merrill Lynch and Wilshire Associates, with relations in consulting, finance, marketing, technology, networking, and leadership. In addition, he recently worked as an analyst for the second largest pension fund in the world, CalPERs, valued at $280 billion. He's helped implement the valuation of permissible equities for third world alternative investments and helped pioneer the development of a global investment performance standardized (GIPS) composite software for the commercial side of the investment Industry. Mr. McIntire has owned two companies, his first established at the age of 17. Mr. McIntire is also currently involved with a Real Estate Investment team which is at the forefront of Real Estate education, knowledge, and networking. Mr. McIntire enjoys scuba diving and is a certified Rescue Diver. He has participated in numerous wreck dives throughout the pacific, is an avid lobster diver, and occasionally spear fishes. He is a second degree black belt in the art of Tang Soo Do, and has realized through martial arts that a person's character is attributed to perseverance and integrity. Mr. McIntire earned, with Honors, a BA in Finance from San Diego State University.
