Hi everyone, this is Dalton, I recently joined the wonderful community of biggerpockets and am hoping to learn and contribute to this fantastic community.

A bit about myself. I am a foreign investor residing in Singapore and am also currently doing my tertiary studies. Hence, my goals as a real estate investor would be to begin generating positive monthly cashflow through rental properties before moving on to wholesaling and in the near future, commercial real estate. With the ultimate aim being financial freedom. Hence, as mentioned above, I look forward to both contributing to and learning a lot from you guys as it will make our experience here very fruitful and memorable. Thank you.
