What up people!! Its great to finally be able to find a place full of energy and excitement! Not to mention information up the WahZoo! ;)

Ive been into Real Estate as far as I could remember. My dad did it when I was younger and made a fortune! I never really got into it up till here recently for whatever reason! Im a hustler, a hard worker, perfectionist. Lover of the game. Im 34yrs old, single, no kids. My life has been a series of ups and downs, my life is that great example of what Robert Kiyosaki mentioned in his book about 9/10 businesses fail. welp, I tried all 9, lets see what happens with #10!! :D

Im currently working on my credit. Getting back in shape. I know exactly what to do and what not to do now!! My excitement is blown out the roof, lately ive been coming across deals left to right, trying to find my niche in creative financing.. Im getting it, but could use experienced help!!

Im currently looking for a Co-Signer for $75k business loan. I guess ill have to send countless hours looking for where to post that in this massive forums BP has, hopefully I wont get lost!! :P (hopefully I do!!)
