Hey everyone!
I'm an investor from San Diego - specifically Escondido, CA. I bought my house back in 2010 and renovated the workshop in the backyard into a studio and rent it out. I love getting $900/month for such a small space and can't wait to invest in more! Are there any fellow North County San Diegans on here? I'd love to hear from you!
