Martha made it easy to ask questions about the property and went out of her way to make sure I got everything I needed before my move-in date, even though I kept putting it off (long drive).
Maintenance is also fast and very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to lease in the area: very affordable and the resident portal makes it a breeze!

The whole teams has been amazing from the start. The application process and maintenance processing is quick and easy. I just moved in January, communication with the team is open and they work endlessly to make sure you are comfortable in the home you choose. Thank you Oz Realty! I recommend 100%

Oz Realty and specifically Lonna M. has taken great care of my property. She is very professional and friendly and takes time to respond to my message to address any maintenance issues. She deeply reviewed any inspection report I shared and offered great feedback on what needs to be done to make the property to provide best experience for the tenants.
***BE CAUTIOUS WHEN BUYING OLD HOUSES IN TOLEDO & FROM LLC OWNERS: While I have had >8k expenses from many repairs done on the house, I suggest to buyers purchasing old Toledo houses, especially those owned by LLC, be very cautious because the LLCs only do cosmetic repairs literally leaving big hole in the bathroom and kitchen floors that needed to reinstall new floorings. Even both the old fans fell off, this was not even captured from through inspections. ***

I’ve been with Oz since 2017. They’re a great company to work with. The staff are always friendly and professional. Any and all repairs are handled quickly , even when they are major repairs. They work with my family to accommodate my disabled son so our life is easier while living in the home. I have fallen on some hard times and they’ve worked with us. As long as I’m a renter, it’ll be with OZ.Realty.
