I have been working with Oz for almost a year now and the experience has been amazing! Lonna is usually my contact person and she is always on top of whatever I call for! The team as a whole makes working with this company one of the best situations a vendor could ask for. They don't cut corners and truly get things done for their tenants and owners, highly recommend!

I recommend OZ realty. I’ve been working with them for several years now. Lonna is my main contact and she’s always responsive and respectful. The only downside as a landlord has been bad tenants who leave trashing the place, and I’m left with a huge bill to turn the place around. It hasn’t been as profitable because of all the repairs needed.

I moved into my house September of 2019. I was in desperate need of a new place to stay and Lonna Mangus went above and beyond to help me find a place that was in a decent area and enough space for me and my children. Since then I’ve been able to reach out to her with any questions or concerns I’ve had even if it’s been crazy and she’s answered me in a timely manner very respectful and politely. She actually was even to find a coworker of mine a place to stay. I’ve had no issues with Oz realty since moving here and would recommend them to anyone.

Only problem I have is the guy upstairs Has cats and kittens. They have caused me to fall down the stairs because I opened the door the cats are right there and my dog sees them. Other than I've enjoyed my time here and the reality people are cool.

As a vendor for oz realty I have had a great experience working with them. They have an app that makes work orders easy to figure out and schedule, also allows you to invoice and mark work completed. Through the time I have worked with oz realty one person stands out as a five star employee and I would hire her for my business if she were available and that is lonna magnus. She answers all my questions promptly, is understanding, works well with others and just gets the job done. She alone has made working with oz realty worth it. Not sure what they would do with out someone like her cause I have not had that same experience with other employees.

Throughout the last few weeks I dealt with a lot of property management company representatives, and when I tell you all reading this that MyKayla, with OZ Realty Property Management was the most responsive, caring and most of all she was very professional and speedy with responding with any questions and needs as well as processing all of my paperwork to get me into my new apartment/home!

As an investor I recommend Oz Realty Property Management and especially appreciate working with Lonna. I live out of state and Lonna is great about getting any problems sorted out. She was amazing going through COVID and having to work through state programs - I really couldn't have done it without her! When things are good we never talk, but when a problem comes up, I'm really glad Lonna's on my team!
