Hello All!

Hi I'm Jeff, 39, IT Manager at a small software company looking to get into real estate investing. I've always had the fire in me to own and invest in real estate but am finally going to take steps to take some action.

Currently, I'm gathering information(mostly online, and BP is a great resource, I read ALL the blogs) and once I get a few contacts together I hope to do my first deal in a couple months.

My focus initially will be rehabbing and flipping to build some capital, then I hope to build a rental portfolio.

I'm looking for Wholesalers, General Contractors, Inspectors and RE Agents local to my area to work with.
