Hi My fellow bpers, just wanted to come through and introduce my self. My name is Phillip and from Springfield, Tennessee. I've been a real estate investor for the last two and a half years, mostly buy and hold property's. I'm looking to start flipping houses pretty soon, so I'll be on here throughout the process asking for advice. Thanks in advance
