New member from Lynnwood WA
Hello all, happy to be here. This seems like a great resource for the new investor and I'm looking forward to learning a lot more once I figure out my path. I've been in the Seattle area for about 15 years, I'm a pilot by trade and I fly for a private company in Bellevue. My only experience in the real estate market to date is the 2 homes I've owned in my life but I'm definitely interested in doing more is this realm.
I think (still trying to narrow it down) that I would most like to get into longer term investing but I'm open to anything that seems reasonable and a lower risk to start off with. Im working on trying to get involved with a local investing group but not real sure where to start that search so maybe I'll get some input off of this post. :)
I look forward to my new experiences in the real estate world and hope that I get to meet at least a few of you in person.
