Hello everyone,

First let me say thank you for making this such a wonderful site to visit. I just found this place a few weeks ago as I started researching the possibility of getting back into the real estate business. I've been out of the field for quite some time, but I did my first deal back in the 1980's. In the early 90's, I was a realtor in Atlanta where I found success with the HUD Pre-foreclosure Sales Program. Back then it was just a pilot program and not too many of us had heard the term short-sale, yet.

Now, I’m married with kids and working a full-time day job, so I’ll need to start part-time. My plan is to start by getting my Maryland real estate license and working as an investor-focused agent. I would eventually like to build a portfolio myself and start earning some passive income from rentals.

This community has really opened my eyes to some “new” ways working in this business, and I look forward to talking with you and asking a lot of questions.

-Paul
