Hello ladies and gentlemen, my name is Howard Valentine, and I am addicted to the entrepreneurial spirit.

I moved here from Denver, CO. last November, in 2013. I came into Real Estate while researching different career choices that would allow me three simple things. 1) Have a career/craft to fall back to at any given point in my life. 2) Be my own boss. 3) A means to meeting/building new relationships with other like-minded individuals.

I read the majority of Real Estate for dummies, once I identified that Real Estate Investing may be the chosen field which would open doors for me. Like magic I stumbled across Robert Kiyosaki's book - Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I now consider this series of events to mark a defining period in my life.

My employment background has always revolved around customer relations. I am great face to face, as well as on my own, but I am really learning to take on leadership qualities as I step into my own strengths more and more.

I am currently seeking more experienced partnerships. Feedback on the current strategies we are implementing. Answers to specific questions I may be running into a dead end with, and advice on anything that I may already be overlooking.

Our short term goals are to start small, assuming as little risk as possible while we build our experience, and our capital. We want to invest long-term into assets, build passive income, and give back to Austin, TX in our own unique and artistic ways (especially in the BP community which I just happened to stumble across as well)!
