Hello All,

I've been lurking here for some time now but feel i should actively participate in the community now. I am 26 and work for a used book store; supporting my wife through medical school. Once she is on her feet, I get to resume my education, which never really ceased since I got my job at the book store. No deals yet, just sound finances and frugality to make it easier when we're ready to start. We live in a small house that we bought and rehabbed in '06. Anyways, thanks for the continuing education here, it is all very valuable.
