Hello,
I am an analyst for an RE investment company in CA.
We have a bit of a twist from the "normal" RE investing. We work by pooling monies from accredited investors to handle all the properties we have.

[EDITED BY ADMIN]

The reason I joined this forum is to get as much information about RE Investing as I can. What to watch out for, market conditions in other areas, good ideas, good deals and general knowledge. And hopefully help some people along the way. I figure the more knowledge I have = larger asset I am for my company.

Thank you for having this forum. I have already looked thru a few posts and like what I see.
