Hello to everyone that's reading. My name is Giang Pham but preferred to be called Pham. I reside in the greater Atlanta, Ga. area. I recently passed my prelicense exam and waiting to get a background clearance. I am currently seeking directions in real estates investing but more on the wholesaling; assignments, double close, subject to, and option to purchase.
