Hi, my name is Vipul Shah. I have been a member for a while but been mostly browsing BP. I currently live and work full time in south Orange County, California for over 10 years.

Although I work in the medical field, my primary field of interest has been in real estate, especially passive income from it.

I own an investment property out of state near Vegas and doing ok with it, but my prime interest is trust deed investing. I have been doing this type of investing the past year and a half.

I am investing in trust deeds through a broker and making a good amount of return on investment with very little effort, but of course, seeking to increase my returns 10 fold! Looking forward to network with investors, real-estate and passive investors alike.

Would love to attend a meetup in my area too.
