Rookie from Mobile, AL
I come with a little experience on the mortgage side. I have cash and equity in a commercial property that was passed down to me, but not much credit. I've found a couple of good RE agents to help, a CPA, an attorney filing LLC paperwork friday, and still looking for honest contractors. Looking to find the best way to leverage my cash and equity. Currently looking at a cash purchase of 2 Section 8 duplex rentals at a 17% cap rate for a start. Looking to stay in multi-unit. I'm really hoping cash is king!

Welcome @Alex Flowers
I am sure you will find some good deals... Keep me posted on what you come up with. I would like to see what Mobile has to offer as far as good Section 8 Rental markets. I am just addicted to Guaranteed income!!
Thanks
