Hello BiggerPockets,

I am energized by this community.

My husband and I are excited about our future. Two years ago we made our first cash purchase of a single family home. Last year we made our second cash purchase of a single family home. Please know, we have had some character building experiences along the way. Additionally, if we continue the cash approach it will surely take us longer to reach our objective. Therefore, we are eager to discover more palatable ways to increase our investment business.
