Hi everyone! I'm Mustafa Mahmoodzada, a Virginia licensed Civil Professional Engineer (P.E.) with 17 years of experience in land development and site design. I recently launched my own civil engineering firm in Northern Virginia, and I’m now diving into the world of real estate investing.

I’m a beginner investor but highly motivated to learn and grow. I’m open to all kinds of real estate investing strategies, with a special interest in:

• Buy and Hold

• Land development and new construction (my long-term goal)
