Just wanted to finally "do something!" I'm a general contractor working out of Wylie, TX. I have been in business for about 2 years doing residential remodeling and some commercial finish out work. I built my first custom home last year and I need another one!

I'm here to learn about real estate investing - mostly about flipping, and investors - and to gain more knowledge of how the market/ industry works as a whole.
