Almost Ready to Make My Next Moves

Hey Everyone, 

I have a couple single family rental homes that I bought 10 and 6 years ago. Haven't done much but keep them filled and pay down debt. Now I have a fair amount of equity and I'm trying to figure out what my next move is. I am intrigued by multi-family properties (2-8 units). Glad to be on bigger pockets.
