Hello!

My name is Bianca, I am based in Kyle, TX just 30min south of Austin. I work full time as a nurse and have decided to learn more about real estate investing and hopefully purchase my second property by the end of the year! I am currently house hacking/midterm renting to travel nurses in my current home! I’d like to invest in this area since I am familiar and out of state investing requires more capital. I currently don’t have much capital, but I do have time. I am interested in hearing ideas on side hustles to raise more capital while also learning more about investing. 

Currently I’m interested in long-term rentals; however, I also have an interest in mid-term rentals once I am more knowledgeable and have more experience.

Welcome to BP Bianca, if you currently don't have much capital, find some partners in your network that have the funds to get started in RE but are hesitant since they never purchased anything yet. You can leverage the first deal you bought and your experience so far, which is a lot compared to someone starting.
