My Intro
Hi everyone, my name is Qulia pronounced "qwella"! I'm a new investor in Charlotte, NC. My niche is wholesaling and I'm branching out to multifamily buy and holds. Charlotte and surrounding areas are my focus right now but I'm researching areas in Cleveland and Dayton, OH and areas near Dillon, SC. My ultimate goal as a real estate investor is commercial partnership investments!!
