Just a quick introduction.  My brother and I have decided to join this community in hopes of getting a good start in the world of Flipping.  I am located in Arizona and have been in manufacturing for 20+ years while my brother is an experienced contractor based in California.  We are looking to connect with others to build a solid foundation to our newly started company.  We don't mess around too much and strive to operate with integrity and insist all our stakeholders do the same.
