Hey everyone! I'm quite new as an investor, but with three books by Biggerpockets authors under my belt and plenty of enthusiasm, I'm ready to keep learning and to connect with like-minded people in my area and beyond. Thanks for coming to my TedTalk

Welcome to BP!

House hacking is a great beginning step in investing. How many units are you looking to obtain?

Try and join a few local Facebook pages and connect with locals who are in the house hacking business.

If you haven't already, take a look at this BP podcast on house hacking. It's episode #950. I think this will be super helpful!

Looking forward to hearing more from you!

Hi Meghan! I have my eye on a large single-family residence in Bethlehem, PA, but I have yet to acquire financing. I've been self-employed for only 6 months, and loans are proving difficult to come by despite my great credit (not to brag, I'm moreso frustrated and seeking help). Thank you for the warm welcome!
