Newbie to real estate investing.

Denice Doron
Posted

Hi everyone,

My name is Denice, and I'm new to  investing and eager to learn the ins and outs of real estate investing, specifically here in Texas. I’m drawn to the endless opportunities the Texas market offers and am committed to building my knowledge and skills to make smart, strategic investments.

Right now, I'm focused on understanding the basics—everything from evaluating properties and navigating financing to learning about the unique aspects of the Texas real estate market. I'm especially interested in residential rentals, STR's, or multifamily properties, but I'm open to exploring other areas as well.

I’m here to connect with like-minded individuals, gain insights from experienced investors, and contribute however I can to this community.
