New member looking to learn and connect in Jersey City

Joined BP last weekend and have been learning so much!

From reviewing the thorough and concise Ultimate Beginner's Guide to REI, to attempting to soak in as many insights as possible from the amazing combined experience of members that contribute to this site. I hope to be able to contribute in the near future.

I am looking forward to joining one of the group meetings, and from there perhaps finding a mentor and eventually a multi-family property in Jersey City/Hoboken to buy and hold.
