I wanted to say hello to the community again.  Since the last time I was online, I have grown the investing to fix and flipping and a portfolio of 4 properties that are producing passive income.   I am looking to grow the portfolio to short term rents in Daytona Beach, Florida.  I want to connect with people that already have some Airbnb investing experience to ask a few questions.  I am also willing to provide information on the Memphis and Chattanooga markets.  Let’s connect.
