Newbie to real estate agency and investing
Hello my name is Antonio arnao. I am currently studying to get my real estate license in the state of PA and plan on buying my first investment property in the next couple months. I want to buy a 1 to 4 unit multifamily and house hack it (live in one unit and rent out the others). I have a lot of other investing ideas as well that I hope to be able to use in the near future as well.

Welcome. That area in PA can also work for STR and MTR so if you buy a 4-unit, you have the option of diversifying the asset inside of itself by doing 2 LTR, 1 STR, and 1 MTR if you wanted to give yourself some options. Good luck.
