Hey BP. I'm Josh Herman and I live in Southern California. Aside from Real Estate, my love for life is found in auto racing (F1, Indycar, Etc.), spending time with my family, and always continuing to better myself whether that be reading books, being outdoors and exercising, networking, and/or sharpening my skills for my trade.

I started my real estate journey in 2021 after a software business I was a partner in had a bad partnership breakup that saw me lose everything (financially). I was determined and wanted something that I could sustain for the long term for my family's livelihood and control the effort I put in and the results I got from that effort.

I specialize in sourcing properties for fix and flip investors nationwide (wholesaling, but with real-world experience and closed profitable deals for myself and my investor partners) with a roadmap to acquire rental properties as finances permit.

A lot of our deals are currently coming through organic search as I have a background in substantial traffic generation through search engine optimization and organic means. I plan on expanding to a PPC budget very soon.

For BP, my goal is to not only learn and connect with any and everyone but also contribute wherever I see fit. I'd love to become an active member in the community not only in person but also throughout the forums.
