Wholesaler Newbie wants to make connections and learn the ropes
Hi everyone! I am new to the wholesale business and i am so excited to get started! Through my research i found it is best to make connections with agents, investors and buyers before I land my first contract! I would love more advice on how to make more connections!

1. Go to all local real estate meetups to make connections and learn
2. Get on every wholesaler's list in the area so you can go see all of the properties and learn. This also may be a good way to get an in working for someone with more experience since being a new wholesaler who doesn't even know where to start makes it very hard to start.
Also, don't start telling people you are a wholesaler before you have marketing going out, a small buyer's list, and at least one property locked up because everyone wants to be a wholesaler, but it's not actionable until you are in the game. You need properties and connections first. Don't try to build a buyer's list with no experience and no active under contract.
