Hi, my name is Sam Penrod, and I'm based in Indianapolis, IN. I've been a real estate broker since 2009, working with virtually every type of buyer and seller. Much of my career was focused on REO properties, during which I ran a parallel small business that handled property inspections and performed BPOs for banks. To say I've seen a lot of homes would be an understatement!

In addition to my real estate expertise, I’ve spent years building and collaborating with property management companies. With experience spanning nearly every aspect of real estate—except direct title work—I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with many talented vendors in the Indianapolis area.

Today, I’m on the vendor side at Trojan Roofing Company, where I continue to serve the local community. I’m excited to connect with others here, share insights, and offer assistance wherever I can. Looking ahead, I’m aiming to start investing in long-term opportunities in Spring 2025.
